- Leadership Capability – Experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to interpret financial and operational data to inform decision‑making and drive business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management – Skilled at building relationships, influencing decisions, and working collaboratively at all levels.
- Contract & Risk Management – Experience managing contracts (e.g. NEC or similar), resolving disputes, and balancing risk with commercial opportunity.
