We're looking for a highly professional and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director of West Midlands Network, providing the organisation, coordination and insight that enables effective leadership across a critical operational area. This role will involve regular travel across our West Midlands network footprint, giving you the opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams across the region.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the business, managing a complex diary, coordinating meetings and events, arranging detailed travel itineraries, and acting as a key point of contact between the Director and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You'll ensure priorities are effectively managed, communications run smoothly, and the Director's time is focused where it delivers the greatest impact.
Working closely with Network Directors, the Customer Operations Leadership Team and colleagues across the business, you'll provide trusted support, prepare and organise reports and meeting papers, manage incoming requests and correspondence, and represent the Director with professionalism and credibility. You'll also act as an important link between senior leadership and employees across all levels of the organisation, helping to maintain effective communication and engagement.
This is a highly visible role where you'll build strong relationships, handle confidential information with discretion, identify opportunities to improve ways of working, and make a genuine contribution to the success of the West Midlands Network.
