We are hiring a Business Change and Readiness Specialist for a 12 month FTC (Potential to be extended) to play a vital role in ensuring that IT-led change is delivered, adopted, understood, and embraced across the business. You’ll lead engagement, training, and deployment readiness activities, ensuring that every change lands smoothly and delivers real value.

Working within our Securing Operations project, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Cadent to drive business readiness strategies, build change capability, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
