What you will bring

  • Experience– Familiarity with training coordination and HR systems, particularly Success Factors/Learning Link, Power BI
  • Technical Skills– Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge– Understanding of training products and associated resource requirements. Ability to consider trainer/assessor, resource/facility availability, to maximise the use of virtual delivery and local delivery in order to minimise travel and enhance the customer experience, and reduce costs to the business.
  • Communication– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Organisation– Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Adaptability– A flexible approach to change, with a positive attitude towards new challenges.
