We’re looking for a Specialist Service Operative to help maintain and enhance the quality, safety, and appearance of our sites across our East Midlands network. This is an essential role that keeps our facilities functioning at their best and ensures our sites remain safe, tidy, and professional for all who use them.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and general upkeep tasks, including:
- Vegetation & Grounds Maintenance
- Clearing and controlling vegetation across sites
- Low‑level tree cutbacks
- Hedge cutting and general site clearance
- Painting & Finishing
- Site painting activities
- Full skid painting below 7 bar
- Patch painting above 7 bar, aligned with painting assessments and safety requirements
- Repairs & General Maintenance
- Minor repairs to fencing, doors, dry‑stone walls, and small kiosks
- Ensuring sites remain safe, secure, and well‑maintained
- Minor Civils & Installations
- Basic path laying and small drainage works
- Guttering maintenance
- Bricklaying and installation of new fencing
- Supporting other minor civils tasks as required
