What you’ll bring
- Technical Credentials – HNC in a STEM subject preferred, but we’ll support you to achieve it if needed. Professional engineering qualification (CEng or IEng) or a willingness to work towards one.
- Operational Experience – Control room or operational experience preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
- Sharp Decision-Making Skills – Ability to work calmly under pressure and make key decisions.
- Detail-Focused – Excellent data accuracy and monitoring abilities.
- Flexible – Able to work a rotational 24/7 shift pattern, with occasional changes as required.
Shift pattern information:
- 24/7 shift rotation: Morning/Afternoon and Night shifts, attracting 26% shift allowance.
- Alternating shift pattern: Morning/Afternoon shifts Monday – Friday, attracts 13.5% shift allowance (potentially utilised during periods of training).
