We’re looking for a proactive and analytical MOBs Support Analyst to join our team, supporting operational performance across our networks. This is a permanent, full time role (37 hours) with a hybrid working pattern. The role can be based anywhere across the network, with some travel required for meetings and collaboration.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and the CDM function to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across programmes. What you’ll be doing
- Analyse and interpret operational data to support performance across MOBs activities
- Deliver insights that drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Create reports, dashboards, and data models to track performance
- Support reporting against regulatory and business targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support planning cycles, programme delivery, and issue resolution
- Monitor risks, opportunities, and resource levels across programmes
- Drive improvements in data quality and operational performance
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a confident and detail-oriented analyst with strong communication skills and a passion for using data to influence decisions. You’ll be comfortable working across teams and presenting insights to a range of stakeholders.
Experience
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance management
- Understanding of programme delivery and change management is beneficial
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Knowledge of MOBs is advantageous
