  • Data & Performance Insight – Analyse data to support operational decisions and help identify performance gaps.
  • Process Development – Create and maintain standard operating procedures and support the administrative tasks that underpin effective planning.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement – Ensure data accuracy, interrogate systems and contribute to improved consistency and compliance.
What You Will Bring:
  • You’re organised, detail‑driven and able to work confidently in a busy operational environment.
  • Effective at communication, both written and verbal.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems like SAP and ClickSoftware.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to support and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving, planning and workload management.

This secondment offers a great opportunity to develop your skills, support operational excellence and play a meaningful role in keeping our network running smoothly.
