We're looking for two experienced and proactive Operational Delivery Managers to join our team across the East Midlands network. These are permanent, full-time roles with a strong site and office presence, including travel across the network up to five days per week. The role also includes a standby requirement.

- Promote safety & operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with CDM, NRSWA, and health & safety regulations
- Promote a strong safety culture across teams and contractors

Experience
- Strong experience in operational management within utilities, construction, or infrastructure environments
- Experience managing operational delivery, programme performance, and risk
- Experience working within regulated environments is beneficial
- Strong understanding of Safe Control of Operations with Authorising Engineer at SCO4 / SCO 5

- Strong understanding of CDM, NRSWA, and health & safety regulations
