We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Investment Delivery Administrator to join our team across the East Midlands network. This is a permanent, full-time role, 37 hours, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, involving travel to local offices and depots across the network up to four days per week. This role will be supporting the North region (Nottingham/Sheffield).
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the Investment Delivery team
- Ensure accurate and timely data capture across key systems
- Collate, validate and maintain operational data
- Keep asset repositories and performance systems up to date
- Monitor performance & resolve issues
- Support KPI monitoring and reporting activities
- Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution
- Collaborate with teams & stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams, delivery partners and stakeholders
- Support smooth project delivery and effective communication
What you’ll bring:
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with data and systems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good organisational and workload management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous
