Support delivery. Maintain quality. Help keep projects moving. We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Investment Delivery Administrator to join our team across the East Midlands network. This is a permanent, full-time role, 37 hours, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, involving travel to local offices and depots across the network up to four days per week. This role will be supporting the South region (Leicester/Kettering).

What you’ll be doing

  • Support project delivery & administration
  • Provide administrative support to the Investment Delivery team
  • Ensure accurate and timely data capture across key systems
  • Maintain data & reporting accuracy
  • Collate, validate, and maintain operational data
  • Keep asset repositories and performance systems up to date
  • Monitor performance & resolve issues
  • Support KPI monitoring and reporting activities
  • Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution
  • Collaborate with teams & stakeholders
  • Liase with internal teams, delivery partners and stakeholders
  • Support smooth project delivery and effective communication
