Lead the programmes that drive transformational change. As our Programme Management Lead, you'll play a critical role in overseeing complex, high value programmes that form part of Cadent's Technology Roadmap and are aligned to Cadent's strategic direction and organisational change in driving efficiencies through digital transformation. This is a key role reporting into the IT Head of Digital Delivery and IT Commercial, working closely with the wider IT Leadership Team. You will be overseeing plans and tracking milestones as well as making sure there is alignment to the Cadent vision, maturing, developing and coaching programme and project managers and ensuring successful delivery across a diverse portfolio.

What you'll bring:
- Qualifications - Degree or professional certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PMP are highly desirable.

- Stakeholder Expertise - Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders, negotiate priorities and align delivery with strategy.
- Leadership Excellence - Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, coaching managers and driving high performance.
- Analytical Strength - Strong problem solving skills, financial acumen and a robust understanding of risk management.
- Communication Skills - Clear, confident communication with the ability to present to and influence at all levels.
- Change & Digital Experience - Experience delivering digital transformation or organisational change is advantageous.
