As the Performance Test Lead here at Cadent, you will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analysing performance, load, and scalability testing across SAP and non-SAP applications. The role ensures systems meet performance criteria, remain stable under expected and peak loads, and support business-critical processes without degradation in service.
The tester will primarily work with NeoLoad (preferred tool) to create and execute performance testing scripts, analyse results, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

What you'll bring:
- Qualifications
- ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing (or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree within a relevant and transferable subject
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts (load, stress, endurance, spike testing).
- Proficiency in NeoLoad (preferred), or similar performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
- Ability to monitor and interpret application and infrastructure metrics (APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or equivalent beneficial).
- Experience working in agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing, with hands-on expertise in NeoLoad preferred.
- Proven track record in scripting, executing, and analysing performance tests in enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience working on complex, integrated system landscapes (SAP, web, cloud-based applications).
