Lead the learning that builds capability and drives performance. As our Learning & Development Lead, you'll play a strategic role in shaping how Cadent develops leadership, soft skills and business capability across the organisation. This isn’t just about delivering training - it’s about designing and leading high quality learning that supports performance, builds confidence at every level and strengthens our future capability. This is a permanent role based at Ansty Business Park, Coventry, where you’ll act as a subject matter expert for leadership and behavioural development.

You’ll lead the end to end learning cycle for non-technical capability, working closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues and external providers to ensure learning solutions are relevant, engaging and aligned to business priorities. You’ll set standards, drive innovation and ensure consistency across all internally and externally delivered programmes, while leading a team and influencing stakeholders across the business.

  • Stakeholder Influence – Strong credibility working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively where needed.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence (required).
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable).
