Lead the technical expertise that keeps our digital operations running. As our IT Field Technical Specialist, you’ll be recognised as a technical leader within our IT Field Support service, bringing expertise, guidance and direction to ensure our colleagues receive exceptional IT support. This role goes far beyond resolving incidents: it’s about influencing service quality, driving operational excellence, and shaping how we deliver technology across all five Cadent networks. You’ll guide and support IT Field Analysts and Associates, helping prioritise workloads across business as usual and project delivery. You’ll analyse data and performance to identify improvements, ensure operational efficiency, and embed Cadent’s purpose, values and ambition across the team.

- Strong Communication Skills – Able to translate complex technical issues into clear business language.
- Service Excellence – Experience working in ITIL‑based environments with strong customer service at senior levels.
- Stakeholder Confidence – Ability to manage relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, suppliers and operational colleagues.
- Delivery Focus – Ability to manage workloads, drive performance, support incident resolution and maintain operational standards.
