Play a key role in delivering transformation across Securing Operations. We are looking for a Business Change and Transition Analyst at Cadent for an initial 12 month FTC (potential to extend). You'll play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the Securing Operations Programme, helping to embed change across the organisation and ensure smooth transition into business as usual operations.
Working within the Transformation and Programmes function, you'll act as a central link between programme delivery teams and business operations, ensuring that change is clearly understood, effectively implemented and fully adopted. From developing change and transition plans through to supporting go live and stabilisation, you'll help ensure that new ways of working are successfully embedded and aligned to Cadent's operational and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high impact transformation within a complex, regulated environment where your work directly supports operational resilience, security and service continuity.

- Stakeholder Engagement – Confident working with cross functional teams, programme leads and external partners. Ability to communicate complex change clearly and support alignment across the business.
- Analytical Capability – Strong ability to analyse data, assess impacts and generate clear, actionable insights. Experience identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Governance & Compliance Awareness – Understanding of operational, regulatory and governance requirements within a structured environment.
