Manage change. Ensure quality. Drive improvement. We have an exciting opportunity for a Change & Release Analyst to join our IT Service Management team. This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options available.
As a Change & Release Analyst, you'll manage and maintain robust change and release processes, ensuring compliance and minimising business impact. You'll coordinate multi-vendor changes, validate proposals, and chair review meetings, driving continual improvement across IT services.
