As anArea Supervisorin ourEnergy Operations team, you’ll take on a key leadership role in the East Midlands-North (East Coast), ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of work across a defined geographical area. This is a hands-on operational role where you’ll lead teams, manage assets, and uphold the highest safety and engineering standards.
You’ll be responsible for supervising both direct and contract resources, overseeing planned and reactive work, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. From incident investigations to supporting future energy programmes, your leadership will be central to maintaining the integrity and performance of our network.

- Relevant Qualifications– HNC/SNVQ/NVQ or equivalent in network engineering techniques, plus IOSH and SCO CP & AE certifications.
- Sector Experience– Background in engineering project delivery, ideally within the gas or utilities industry.
- Technical Acumen– Deep understanding of gas assets, process systems, and engineering standards.
- Leadership Strength– Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and uphold compliance with HSE regulations.
