We’re looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Automation & Risk Specialist to join our IT team, supporting high quality delivery across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
This is a full‑time role with a hybrid working pattern, with an expectation of 2 to 3 days a week on site in Ansty.
Responsibilities
- Lead automated and risk‑based testing activities across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
- Design and refine Risk‑Based Testing strategies using Tricentis Live Compare.
- Integrate Live Compare outputs into Tosca and Selenium frameworks.
- Support automation strategy development and migration of manual scripts into automated testing.
- Manage testing activity following production incidents.
- Prioritise fixes, re‑tests, and defect prevention activities.
- Support the development of testing standards, metrics, and optimisation plans.
- Lead Community of Practice events and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and support a team, including direct reports and augmented resources.
- Work collaboratively with development teams, architects, analysts, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong experience designing and implementing test automation strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks in SAP environments.
- Experience leading teams and managing testing resources.
- Strong knowledge of Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and automation frameworks.
- Experience using Tricentis Live Compare or similar risk‑based testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage test backlogs, prioritisation, and defect prevention.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
