LEVEL 7

We’re looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Automation & Risk Specialist to join our IT team, supporting high quality delivery across SAP and non‑SAP systems.

This is a full‑time role with a hybrid working pattern, with an expectation of 2 to 3 days a week on site in Ansty.

Responsibilities

  • Lead automated and risk‑based testing activities across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
  • Design and refine Risk‑Based Testing strategies using Tricentis Live Compare.
  • Integrate Live Compare outputs into Tosca and Selenium frameworks.
  • Support automation strategy development and migration of manual scripts into automated testing.
  • Manage testing activity following production incidents.
  • Prioritise fixes, re‑tests, and defect prevention activities.
  • Support the development of testing standards, metrics, and optimisation plans.
  • Lead Community of Practice events and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and support a team, including direct reports and augmented resources.
  • Work collaboratively with development teams, architects, analysts, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience designing and implementing test automation strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks in SAP environments.
  • Experience leading teams and managing testing resources.
  • Strong knowledge of Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience using Tricentis Live Compare or similar risk‑based testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage test backlogs, prioritisation, and defect prevention.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
