Help keep our operations running smoothly

At Cadent, our operational teams play a vital role in delivering a safe and reliable gas network. As a Network Operations Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the wider Customer Operations team, helping to coordinate key activities, manage data, support business processes and ensure day‑day operations run efficiently.

This is a varied role where you'll work with a range of stakeholders, supporting operational delivery through excellent organisation, attention to detail and customer service.

  • Co‑ordinating financial administration including raising purchase orders, approving invoices and arranging ad‑hoc payments.

  • Supporting communications and engagement initiatives across Customer Operations.
  • Assisting senior leaders by providing administrative support to the Head of Customer Operations and wider management teams.
