We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Business Partner to join our Internal Communications & Engagement team, part of Centre of Excellence. As a Communications Business Partner, you’ll deliver tailored advice and support for key stakeholders and business functions, translating strategy into clear objectives and creating compelling internal and external communications. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, lead colleague-focused campaigns, support with external-focused incidents and champion best practice across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Influence – Work with leaders to design and deliver communication plans that support business priorities.
- Creative Campaigns – Develop innovative, multi-channel campaigns that engage employees and stakeholders.
- Brand Leadership – Champion Cadent’s brand internally and externally, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Crisis Incident Communication – Support incident response and craft sensitive communications when required.
- Continuous Improvement – Measure impact and recommend improvements to enhance communication effectiveness.
What you will bring
You’re a creative and strategic communicator with proven experience of delivering strong influencing skills and the ability to manage complex internal communications campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent in communications or related discipline.
- Professional membership (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Internal Communications).
- Proven experience in internal/external communications, media relations, and change programmes.
Skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills across multiple channels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
