About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm, efficient service to every guest. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, has a passion for hospitality, and can work confidently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee and hot and cold beverages to a consistently high standard
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards
- Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control
Experience
- Previous barista experience is preferred
- Experience working in a café, restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and coffee preparation techniques is beneficial
Other Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
