This is a great opportunity for a technical engineer to join a highly skilled Application Engineering team in a leading EDA company, working with cutting‑edge tools, advanced technologies, and the most innovative semiconductor companies in the industry. Job Responsibilities

  • Support customers with adoption and deployment of Cadence Custom IC design flow built on Virtuoso and Spectre platforms.
  • Engage with customers to understand their design challenges and propose technical solutions, guidance on methodology and best practices.
  • Drive technical campaigns, product demonstrations, evaluations and benchmarking in a customer‑facing and technically stimulating environment.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering and Marketing teams to drive product improvements and increase proliferation of Cadence solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of analog or mixed‑signal IC design flows within Cadence Virtuoso Studio environment.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in IC design, CAD, or application / technical support roles.
  • Experience in UNIX environment.
  • Knowledge of SKILL, Python, or similar scripting languages is an advantage.
  • Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
