For Companies Site Manager wanted for a 2-month contract in the Oxford area to oversee a 60-unit development near Witney, Oxfordshire. This high specification developer is well established and seeks an experienced No1 to manage the project through to its completion, scheduled for the end of August.
You will be responsible for all on-site activities, including health & safety and managing all subcontractors.
Applicants must come from a housebuilding background, be available on short notice, and have valid CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS to be considered.
