Site Manager wanted for this leading house builder who focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the South East. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development in the Brighton area.
Working alongside a Project Manager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager in daily operations and coordination.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.
- Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager (or similar role).
- Strong understanding of brickwork, facades and externals.
- RC Frame experience is essential in this role.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fully competent in all health & safety regulations.
