Senior Quantity Surveyor wanted for this leading multi award winning London construction company who focus on mixed use residential urban living projects throughout the capital. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, the first project you will be overseeing will be a 50 million mixed use development in North London taking on full Senior Quantity Surveying duties which will include the following:

  • Revenue Management with various subcontractors and administering payments accordingly
  • Regularly updating the financial forecast, identifying any potential risks and providing solutions
  • Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
  • Solve any contractual disputes that arise during the project

To be considered for the position you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A degree in a construction related subject
  • Relevant experience on mixed use residential projects over 40m at a Main Contractor
  • Experience managing levels of change and variations as and when is required
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, be organised and have high attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing change and variations
