Cadence Search is currently recruiting an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a high-profile, multi-million-pound private housing project for a well established and prestigous high specification developer.

As the No1 Site Manager on site you will take full operational responsibility for the site footprint over a 1 week period, ensuring daily progress remains on programme, sub-contractors are coordinated effectively, and health & safety standards are maintained to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, site logistics, and sub-contractor coordination.
  • Conduct morning site inductions, RAMS reviews, and daily toolbox talks.
  • Monitor progress against the schedule and liaise directly with visiting Construction Director.
  • Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
  • Key Requirements & Qualifications
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • First Aid at Work (FAW)
  • CSCS Card (Black Manager or White Professional Card)
  • Proven track record managing residential developmenys for other well known and established developers.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional site presence
