Site Manager wanted for this National Award Winning high specification developer who focuses on producing some of the finest homes in the country. With a commitment to excellence and the highest quality of finish on each of their projects, they now have a new development coming up in the Redhill area and are seeking an experienced site manager to oversee each aspect of the project.
As the number 1 on site, you will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety, organising and managing all sub-contractors on site and making sure each part of the development is delivered on time, in budget and to the highest quality of finish.
To be considered for this Site Manager position, you must come from a strong house building background as a Site Manager, ideally having worked on similar high specification projects at some point in your career and also have the following qualifications:
- CSCS card
- First Aid
