This fast growing construction company focuses on large scale mixed use residential development schemes and is now seeking someone to join their senior team in helping them deliver each project. As a development coordinator, your role will be to act as a crucial link of support between the Technical, Commercial and Operational departments.
Your role will encompass assisting all 3 departments by offering administrative support, working on various aspects of the construction project to achieve targets and deadlines, organising meetings, drafting documents, and producing correspondence for the Directors. In turn, this will be a unique opportunity for you to learn all facets and functions of each part of the construction process, giving you an invaluable insight into how large construction projects are delivered.
