My client are a well established construction company who focus on large scale mixed use residential development schemes and are now seeking someone to join their senior team in helping them deliver each project. As a development coordinator your role will be to act as a crucial link of support between the Technical, Commercial and Operational departments. Your role will encompass assisting all 3 departments offering administrative support, working on various aspects of the construction project to achieve targets and deadlines, organising meetings and drafting documents and producing correspondence for the Directors. In turn this will be a unique opportunity for you to learn all facets and functions of each part of the construction process giving you an invaluable insight into how large construction projects are delivered.
