We are partnering with a well-established private sector organisation to appoint an experienced HR Project Manager to lead a range of strategic people initiatives. This role will focus on delivering HR change programmes, reviewing and enhancing policies and procedures, and supporting complex Employee Relations (ER) activity.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR projects, from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are achieved. The role will also involve driving HR transformation initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practice.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and HR teams, you will play a key role in embedding change and ensuring effective communication across the business.

Candidates should have proven experience in HR project delivery, strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and hands-on experience managing ER casework. Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills are essential. CIPD qualification desirable. 2 days onsite in London per week.
