We’re recruiting a Contract Business Analyst for a healthcare organisation undertaking a discovery phase to procure new systems.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, leading discovery activities to understand user needs, map end-to-end service and customer journeys, and shape requirements using service design and UX principles.
The role involves facilitating workshops, engaging clinical and operational stakeholders, and translating insights into clear problem statements and outcomes to support system selection and procurement.
We’re looking for a BA with strong discovery-phase experience, a background in service design, UX or customer journey mapping, and the confidence to work in complex, regulated environments. Healthcare or public sector experience is desirable.
Contract role, competitive day rate (outside IR35), the work will dictate the amount of onsite required.
