My client are looking for an experienced Digital Adoption Platform specialist who has a demonstrable track record of leading on the implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms such as Whatfix, WalkMe and Apty. The successful contractor will be well versed at delivering end-to-end implementations of new Digital Adoption Platforms, including defining the processes and capabilities required to successfully implement a Digital Adoption Platform before leading on the implementation and user adoption activities.
An in-depth understanding of Digital Adoption Platforms is required, including their technical setup, ability to integrate with other applications, configure platform settings, user management, and security configuration. Previous experience of implementing a DAP as part of large technology change projects within complex technical environments is essential.
This role requires experience of integrating DAPs with enterprise applications and authentication systems. This role will include working with in-house IT teams and external vendors, therefore strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
Responsibilities will include working with teams to optimise the use of the DAP, establish a Centre of Excellence and create governance structures. This Outside IR35 contract requires a weekly presence onsite.
