We’re looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of AI chatbot and process automation solutions. Our client has seen a sharp rise in email enquiries and needs to reduce the time burden on internal teams through automated workflows and AI-driven responses.

You’ll gather requirements, map processes, define user journeys, and work closely with technical teams to implement scalable solutions. Strong stakeholder management and experience with automation/AI tools is essential.
