My client are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Team Lead to provide management and hands-on development and support leadership expertise to a small, dedicated MS Dynamics team. The successful applicant will have a strong background of leading Dynamics support and development teams creating new Dynamics products and supporting a complex MS Dynamics environment. Some Architect level experience would be highly advantageous, with the ability to act as an SME for Governance within the team.
This role will involve working alongside a third party supplier for some development and support. Therefore, strong supplier management and business-side advocacy experience is essential, taking ownership for the quality assurance of third party outputs. Other tasks will involve road mapping for new Dynamics-based products and fostering an environment of Continuous Improvement including a focus on continuous enhancements. A strong background in Agile environments is essential. This role requires a weekly presence onsite and presents the opportunity to grow your career in a successful and Dynamic environment.
