This is a hands-on delivery role with a clear Go-to-Market mandate - you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth and successful launch.

Key focus area

Go-to-Market delivery is a core requirement of this role. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and execute the GTM strategy, aligning marketing, operations, and communications workstreams toward a single launch milestone.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and delivery for the onboarding programme
  • Define and drive the Go-to-Market plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain clear status reporting and governance documentation for senior leadership
  • Coordinate workstreams across technology, operations, marketing, and communications teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions as required
  • Ensure all onboarding milestones are delivered on time and within scope

What we are looking for

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Demonstrable experience delivering Go-to-Market programmes (essential)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Comfortable working at pace in a contract, outcome-focused capacity
  • Experience within membership organisations or professional bodies is desirable
  • Recognised PM certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, APM) is essential
