Project Planner - Finance & HR / ERP Transformation
6 Month+ Contract | Outside IR35 | Bristol / Hybrid
We are working with a leading UK charity looking to appoint an experienced Project Planner to support a large-scale Finance and HR systems transformation programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed, integrated project plan, ensuring key milestones are achieved, dependencies are managed and delivery teams are held accountable for their commitments.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage the overarching project plan across multiple workstreams. Track milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables. Work closely with Project Managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure delivery remains on track. Identify potential delays, challenge progress and escalate issues where necessary. Provide clear reporting on project progress and critical path activities.
Key experience:
Strong project planning experience across complex ERP implementations or Finance and HR transformation programmes. Advanced MS Project skills or equivalent planning tools. Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing interdependencies. Confident communicator, comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and driving accountability.
This is an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35, with a strong likelihood of extension. TPBN1_UKTJ
