We are on an ambitious journey to reach at least 120,000 disabled children, young people and their families each year by 2027. Our vision is bold yet achievable: a society where disabled children, young people and their families enjoy equal rights and opportunities.

We now have opportunities to join the board in two key roles:

  • Chair of the Services & Safeguarding Committee: The Chair will provide governance leadership for Kids’ service quality, safeguarding and risk oversight.
  • Chair of the People, Culture & Governance Committee: The Chair will guide us as we build a culture rooted in inclusion, wellbeing and effective people leadership.
