Our new Chief Executive will identify and nurture innovative approaches to ensure we remain financially sustainable in a rapidly changing digital world. Growing our user base is an ongoing objective; equally, it is vital that sponsors, supporters and funders continue to see significant benefit in their engagement with us.

You’ll bring a comprehensive professional repertoire that includes:

  • Strategic planning for growth
  • Budgeting and financial oversight
  • People leadership
  • Driving a strong culture of continuous improvement

Experience of leading within a regulated context is essential. While you need not be a technical expert, technology literacy is important and an active interest in the field and/or direct experience of digital disruption would be a real asset. Strong candidates will bring an extensive network within the charity sector: you’ll relish the opportunity to start conversations, build our brand, increase awareness and forge strong relationships across the whole stakeholder map. It’s essential that you have a broad grasp of the commercial realities of running a charity that aims to provide services and solutions that are low- or no-cost at the point of access.
