Job Overview
As PV engineer, this person will be responsible for product validation [quality engineering]: developing and running of regression suites to verify the functionality and performance of JedAI. JedAI is the Cadence Agentic AI platform. The functionality to be tested covers all of agentic AI: LLM services, embeddings, workflows, and agents. This person should have effective personality & communication skills to work within a geographically distributed group, and with cross functional groups [such as R&D and PE]. This person should be able to work independently, being able to collaborate remotely with team members.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop & execute the test plans for JedAI and AAI lib
- Create new test cases to verify/validate new features/enhancements
- Work with R&Ds to review product quality, provide assessment on quality gaps and create and integrate test cases to fill quality gaps
- Work with PEs to integrate customer test cases as part of regression suite
- Maintain regression tests for regular test cycles and report failures to R&D and management
- Validate and close fixed tickets
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of development + testing experience with:
- C/C++
- Scripting (Perl, Python, Shell)
- Debugging & Analysis
- Development / Test experience on Linux & Windows environment
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
