Job Overview: Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing experiences and building connections that drive business growth? The EMEA Field Marketing team at Cadence is looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you have 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications, particularly in events and webinars, this could be your opportunity to shine.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing teams and business partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies and sales communications, particularly tradeshows and Cadence-hosted events.
  • Take ownership of event logistics, including vendor coordination, hotel bookings, exhibition arrangements, and on-the-ground event management.
  • Manage webinars using our marketing automation tools, including working with internal teams for design, copy, social media graphics, dry runs with presenters, live coordination, and report preparation.
  • Work with our demand generation team to track leads from events (MQLs).
  • Support and elevate Cadence's social media initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with our global voice and audience engagement goals.
  • Collaborate with employees to develop testimonials, video campaigns, and other creative assets that amplify our employer branding and connect with our audiences.
  • Budget management - coordinate PO and invoice processing.

Job Qualifications:

  • We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • This role entails regular and extensive travel across Europe and occasionally to other regions.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new marketing technologies.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid collaborator.
  • Previous field marketing experience is a bonus.

Cadence offers a hybrid work environment, with in-person attendance required at a Cadence office four days a week.
