We are now looking for a HSEQ WTG Team Lead to help build and lead HSEQ processes in our WTG projects as well as ensure that the company is proactively in compliance with HSEQ standards.

What will you do? As our new HSEQ WTG Team Lead you will lead a team of HSEQ engineers within the WTG projects and provide HSEQ insight, knowledge and support in all aspects of HSEQ within this scope.

Your Main Tasks Include:

  • Provide input to, develop and execute annual HSEQ improvement program
  • Conduct HSEQ audits - internal & external – as required
  • Build and lead the HSEQ process in projects including management of tenders, contractors and interfaces with HSEQ aspects from client to Cadeler to suppliers
  • Manage and conduct investigations, reporting and follow up for unwanted events to establish the underlying causes within WTG projects
  • Define HSEQ requirements & conduct contractor assessment for external (and internal) projects
  • Support the organisational processes and culture to ensure that HSEQ is driven into all the services delivered

Qualifications:

  • Hold an Engineering degree, Master Mariner training or something similar
  • Min. 7 years work experience in the Offshore Wind or Oil & Gas industry
  • Have experience as an investigation lead
  • Preferably certified ISO 14001 & 45001 lead auditor as well as ISM auditor
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
