Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and plays a critical role in the energy transition with a strong long‑term outlook. As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for an Assistant Information Management Specialist to support Cadeler’s large‑scale projects.
What will you do?
- Support projects in the management of project documentation, both internal and external.
- Communicate Information Management governance and tools to project members.
- Contribute to the updates and maintenance of the Information Management framework of procedures, processes, and document control tools.
- Quality assurance of documents and deliverables.
- SharePoint and client system support, including use of correct document templates, cover pages, and tools.

Qualifications
- A BSc in Library and Information Science or a similar degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in Records‑ and Information Management.
- Preferably knowledge about ISO and other relevant international standards.
- Preferably hands‑on experience with SharePoint.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
