As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for an Assistant Information Management Specialist to support Cadeler’s large-scale projects.
What will you do? As our new Assistant Information Management Specialist, you will be a part of the Information Management team responsible for ensuring that project documentation and correspondence are captured, saved, and managed in Cadeler’s Document Management System. Your main tasks include:
- Support Projects in the management of project documentation, both internal and external.
- Communication of Information Management governance and tools to project members.
- Contribute to the updates and maintenance of the Information Management framework of procedures, processes, and document control tools.
- Quality assurance of documents and deliverables.
- SharePoint and client system support, including use of correct document templates, cover pages, and tools.

We are looking for a communicator with attention to detail, who is service-minded with a positive and solution-oriented work approach. We think you will be a good match if you have:
- A BSc in Library and Information Science or similar degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in Records- and Information Management.
- Preferably knowledge about ISO and other relevant International Standards.
- Preferably hands-on experience with SharePoint.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
