Cadeler is looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing Operations Maintenance (O M) team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and commercially viable engineering solutions that support Cadeler’s offshore O M offerings. You will lead engineering efforts from concept development through to execution, working cross-functionally with commercial, project, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a key role for positioning Cadeler as a technical frontrunner in offshore wind O M services.
What will you do? As our new Project Engineer within Operations Maintenance, you will play a key role in shaping Cadeler’s technical offerings in the offshore wind O M space. You’ll lead engineering development across concept, sales, and execution phases, ensuring that our solutions are innovative, safe, and aligned with client needs and operational realities.
