Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for an Assistant Information Management Specialist to support Cadeler’s large-scale projects.
What will you do?
As our new Assistant Information Management Specialist, you will be a part of the Information Management team responsible for ensuring that project documentation and correspondence are captured, saved, and managed in Cadeler’s Document Management System. Your main tasks include:
- Support Projects in the management of project documentation, both internal and external.
- Communication of Information Management governance and tools to project members.
- Contribute to the updates and maintenance of the Information Management framework of procedures, processes, and document control tools.
- Quality assurance of documents and deliverables.
- SharePoint and client system support, including use of correct document templates, cover pages, and tools.

We are looking for a communicator with attention to detail, who is service-minded with a positive and solution-oriented work approach. We think you will be a good match if you have:
- A BSc in Library and Information Science or similar degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in Records- and Information Management.
- Preferably knowledge about ISO and other relevant International Standards.
- Preferably hands-on experience with SharePoint.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
