Cadeler is looking for a Finance Business Partner with your skills and interests! Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and plays a critical role in the energy transition with a strong long-term outlook. As our industry continues to develop, so do we! We are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to help analyze financial performance.

What will you do?

  • Act as a key link between finance and the business, providing financial insight, analysis, and strategic support to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and deliver accurate forecasting throughout the year on cost and revenue.
  • Drive and facilitate budget follow-ups through use of dashboards, and preparation of financial reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial performance, including identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Develop reporting processes and assist in building dashboards and automated reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for your business partners to help them understand the financial ramifications of decisions.
  • Assist in financial analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with accounting and financial controlling teams during financial closing periods.
  • Assist with compliance and external audit.

We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder, who has a proactive mindset and the ability to lead projects.

We think you will be a good match if you:

  • Have relevant financial education/academic background in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience from a similar role and preferably from an international medium to big sized company.
  • Are digitally agile across different platforms and systems including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Have an interest and flair for Business intelligence. Experience with Power BI and SQL is seen as an advantage.
  • Possess great communication skills at all levels in the organization.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
