The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a client based in the South London/Surrey area. The ideal candidate will have a few years' experience in the role and be looking for a position where they can progress to a senior role. My client deals with mainly new build residential projects, average build value approximately Β£2M. The role will be office based 4 days a week and one day on site.

You will require:

  • Own transport
  • Previous residential new build experience
  • Relevant qualifications
