The Opportunity

The Resourcing Hub has been created to centralise recruitment delivery, candidate sourcing, compliance, mobilisation and account coordination, allowing our consultants to focus on what they do best - building client relationships, winning new business and growing strategic accounts.

As the Resourcing Hub grows, it will become the operational engine supporting our Construction and M&E divisions while providing the foundations for future managed workforce solutions and wider Group businesses.

Role Purpose

The Resourcing Hub exists to deliver the operational excellence behind every placement.

As Resourcing Hub Coordinator, you will take ownership of candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, compliance, mobilisation and account support, ensuring every vacancy is delivered efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards for both clients and candidates.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Consultants and wider operational teams, you'll help build the systems, processes and delivery capability that sit behind a high-performing recruitment business.

  • Key Tasks
  • Candidate Attraction & Talent Pipelines
  • Proactively source candidates across the Construction and M&E sectors using multiple recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines to support both current vacancies and future client demand.
  • Conduct candidate screening and registration interviews, ensuring suitability and accurate profiling.
  • Maintain regular engagement with existing candidates, strengthening long-term relationships and improving availability.
  • Monitor local labour market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen candidate supply across key disciplines.
  • Recruitment Delivery
  • Coordinate temporary and permanent recruitment assignments across key client accounts.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication and offer coordination.
  • Support consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial enquiry through to placement.
  • Mobilisation & Workforce Readiness
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding from offer acceptance through to their first day on site.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is completed prior to mobilisation, including Right to Work, qualifications, references and client-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with clients regarding induction requirements, PPE, site access and start arrangements.
  • Coordinate payroll onboarding requirements and ensure workers are fully prepared before commencing assignments.
  • Resolve mobilisation issues quickly to minimise delays and maintain service levels.
  • Account Coordination
  • Develop a strong understanding of assigned client accounts, their workforce requirements and service expectations.
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for operational account enquiries.
  • Support consultants in delivering exceptional service across existing client relationships.
  • Monitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate records across client accounts.
  • Assist with weekly timesheet management, resolving queries and ensuring timely approvals.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Tracker, ensuring complete data integrity.
  • Produce recruitment reports, activity updates and operational information for Senior Leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, automation and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of best practice across the Resourcing Hub.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with GDPR, company policies and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems for candidate and client documentation.

About You

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within recruitment, either in delivery/coordination/account support/sales.

Experience within Construction or M&E recruitment is advantageous but not essential.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy across recruitment documentation and systems.

Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

Experience using a CRM or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Tracker or similar.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with clients and candidates.
