About Caddy Comps
Caddy Comps is the UK’s leading golf prize competition platform. Founded in 2021 and based in Stamford, Lincolnshire, we’ve awarded over £14m in prizes to more than 30,000 winners, with a 5-star Trustpilot rating from over 6,300 reviews. We’re now building the marketing team and infrastructure to take us to the next level and this is one of our most important hires.
The Role
This is a craft-led, production-focused role. Where our Social Media Manager owns the high-volume, fast-turnaround organic output, you’ll own the premium content that defines the brand. Everything from podcasts, branded films, ambassador features, performance creative, and the hero moments that make Caddy Comps look and feel as good as it should. Our Head of Marketing will set the creative priorities, your job is to make the work, to a standard the brand deserves. You’ll be the most senior creative in production: confident shooting, editing, and finishing content end-to-end, and capable of leading a shoot from concept through to delivery and working with partners and agencies on larger shoot days.
Caddy Comps has a brilliant product, ambassador talent most brands would kill for, and £14m worth of winner stories sitting on the books. Right now, our premium content output doesn't match the size of the opportunity. You’ll fix that. This is not a volume role. We want someone who cares about the craft, the camera move, the cut, the grade, the sound design and who can deliver work that performs, whether it’s a paid social ad that converts or a podcast episode worth watching to the end.
